How can I add additional users to the webshop?
To invite new users to your webshop account, please follow these steps:
- Go to the “My Account” section in the webshop menu.
- Select “Manage Users”.
- Click on “Invite”.
- Fill in the required user details.
- Assign the appropriate role (e.g., Buyer, Administrator).
- Confirm the invitation – the new user will receive an email with access instructions.
- The new user must register in our Central Identity Management System (CIMS) and must verify their access (via email, phone, or SMS).
What should I do if an error occurs in the webshop?
